About the job

Were searching for an HR Coordinator who is responsible for the administrative and clerical functions of HR department.

A Little Taste Of Your Day-to-day

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

  • Provides day-to-day administrative support, including HR correspondence, processing of invoices, etc
  • Coordinates with employees, raising of LPO and booking of air tickets for all employees going on business trips, repatriation etc
  • Reviews and monitor forms completed by new hires and ensure correct postings in the HR database.
  • Track and maintain files of candidates. Ensures that all filing system is organized, maintained and up-to-date.
  • Deals with and prepares routine correspondence for the Cluster Director of Human Resources.
  • In charge of entering all order requests on the JANA system.
  • Preparation of no objection letters for employees that are to be released by the hotel.
  • Managing the HR stationary: Collection of requested items from the receiving area and ensuring that they match the departments purchase requests.
  • Fully in charge of the departments stationary supplies keeping into consideration the cost effect.
  • Assist the Government Relations team with day to day admin related tasks

What We Need From You

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role with a 5* hotel
  • Bachelors degree/ Hospitality degree or Diploma
  • Available to join immediately
