Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their HR needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with clients to develop tailored HR solutions.
- Recruitment:
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and selection.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms and networks to attract top talent.
- Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and desired qualifications.
- Onboarding:
- Develop and implement an effective onboarding program to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the company culture.
- Conduct orientation sessions and provide necessary training resources for new employees.
- Offboarding:
- Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and paperwork.
- Ensure a positive transition for departing employees and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports as needed.
- Policy Compliance:
- Stay updated on HR trends, employment laws, and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and client management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
