We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Officer with expertise in onboarding and payroll processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. The candidate must also be fluent in Arabic and have a thorough knowledge of UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- - Manage the payroll process, including calculating salaries, processing employee benefits, and maintaining accurate records.
- - Ensure compliance with all UAE labor laws and regulations.
- - Coordinate with department managers to identify staffing needs and assist with the recruitment process.
- - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a fair and consistent work environment.
- Experinces in handling more than 1000 Headcount
- - Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- - Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
- - Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed.
- - Collaborate with the finance department to prepare and manage the HR budget.
- - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and procedures.
- - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- - Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on onboarding and payroll.
- - Fluent in Arabic , Tagalog and English, both written and verbal.
- - Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- - High level of organization and attention to detail.
- - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- - Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- - Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus.
