HR Officer(s)

Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to the implementation of HR & Admin strategies, plans, policies and procedures in alignment with Ektifa’s overall strategies and objectives
2. Provide day-to-day HR support to the designated cluster’s employees, handling requests and resolving employee relations issues promptly and professionally
3. Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives in the designated cluster, ensuring they are communicated and understood by all employees
4. Facilitate new employee orientations across the designated cluster, ensuring all necessary information and resources are provided for a successful start
5. Support in delivering onboarding and employee development services across designated cluster, ensuring new hires and existing staff being deployed are integrated smoothly and have access to growth opportunities
6. Participate in HR projects and programs across designated cluster, contributing to the design, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives aimed at enhancing HR operations and employee engagement
7. Manage HR-related documentation for the designated cluster, including employment contracts, performance reviews, and termination paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance
8. Monitor and update employee records to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, conducting regular audits to maintain data integrity
9. Adhere to applicable legislations, regulations and company policies at all times
10. Stay abreast with emerging technology and industry trends in order to meet the agile needs of Ektifa

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years of working in Human Resources is required
• Post-Graduate Degree with a minimum of 1 years of working in Human Resources is preferred
