Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and well-connected HR Public Relations Officer (HR PRO) to manage and facilitate all government relations and HR compliance processes. This role is crucial for ensuring all company employees are supported through visa processes, labor documentation, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local labor laws and excellent liaison capabilities with government authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle employee visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and related immigration processes.
- Liaise with government departments such as the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, and Free Zone Authorities.
- Maintain accurate records of all government and employee documents.
- Ensure the company remains compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with HR for onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation.
- Submit and track applications for permits, licenses, and company renewals.
- Keep up to date with changes in labor and immigration regulations.
- Represent the company in all HR-related public and legal matters.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in HR PRO or government relations roles in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of local labor and immigration laws.
- Excellent communication in English; Arabic fluency is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with visa portals, labor systems, and related government platforms.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
