HSE Engineer (UAE National)

Key Responsibilities

• Apply Saipem HSE standards, client requirements, and local regulations on site.
• Develop and monitor HSE plans, procedures, and risk assessments (HAZID, HAZOP, Job Safety Analysis).
• Conduct inspections, audits, and incident investigations; follow up on corrective actions.
• Promote HSE awareness through training, toolbox talks, and campaigns.
• Liaise with project teams and subcontractors to ensure compliance.
• Prepare HSE reports, KPIs, and maintain regulatory compliance.
