- Analyze and evaluate the organizational structure to propose growth and talent development strategies.
- Advise business leaders on implementing human resources practices that drive performance and talent retention.
- Design and implement adaptive training and development programs for staff.
- Oversee change management and promote an inclusive and diverse work environment.
- Key Requirements for the Human Resources Consultant Role Minimum of 6 years experience in human resources consulting or similar roles within the area.
- Advanced knowledge of human capital management tools and software.
- University degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related areas.
- Communication skills and ability to influence multiple organizational levels.
- Advanced English and Intermediate/advanced Spanish level
- Analytical competency to interpret HR metrics and formulate data-driven recommendations.
