At Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, the Human Resources Internship is a paid work experience for students of Hospitality Colleges, Business School and/or Universities with a duration of 12 months.

What will I be doing?

As a Human Resources Intern, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Manage HR administration such as contracts, letters and personnel files
  • Ensure accurate information is fed into Oasys HRMS
  • Provide assistance in recruitment and selection process
  • Support departmental training requirements including inductions, work experience, careers fairs, and training materials
  • Present a project to the department at the end of the internship

As a Human Resources Intern, serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

  • The candidate is required to be in the 3rd or last year of university achieving a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree of a relevant field.
  • The 12-months internship is compulsory part of the course curriculum and will only be valid with a signed school / university / college contract
  • Has Good communication and people skills
  • Excellent grooming standards
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work on their own or in teams
