HVAC Technician - (Available in UAE)

HVAC Technician Who Can Join Immediately.

Job Responsibility

Ø Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics related to HVAC systems.

Ø Responsible for installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of HVAC Systems.

Ø Ensure project delivery to agreed specifications, scope, time, quality and cost to the company’s standards of safety.

Ø Attending to customer complaints on installed HVAC systems by the company towards identifying and resolving the issues to a logical conclusion.

Ø Responsible for the servicing and maintenance of all AC installed system until defects liability period.

Ø Responsible in assisting with other MEP works related to project.

Ø Collaborate with project managers, MEP engineers and others to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems in fit-out projects

Ø To achieve the project time-line, work should be completed with available material and manpower resources and maximum quality.

Ø Maybe assigned to any of our sites and at any geographical location where the company has work.

Ø Maintain service records and submit reports on system performance and completed tasks.

Ø Responsible for the setting up the team towards works execution.

Ø Ensure the reputation of Spencer as a service focused company.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician in commercial fit-out projects in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, ventilation, ducting, and mechanical installations.
