An amazing opportunity has opened up for talented Order Taker. The successful applicant will work as the heart and soul of In-Room Dining Service, making sure all our guests are having the most curated and enjoyable experience that Shangri-La has to offer.

What will you do?

• To maintain good working relationships with all fellow colleagues
• Keep an up-to-date knowledge of the menu, beverage list and wine list.
• Always maintain the telephone etiquette and do courtesy call backs.
• Take guest orders accurately, honour all special requests.
• Enter guest orders in Micros POS
• Communicate all incoming orders to servers properly.
