We are seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Inception Community Manager to join our Emerging Markets Developer Relations team in the UAE or KSA. In this role, you will lead engagement with startup and VC communities across high-impact industries such as Energy, Financial Services, Smart Spaces, and more. You will champion NVIDIA’s technologies, accelerate adoption among startups, and play a pivotal role in shaping the region’s AI startup ecosystem. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the META startup and VC landscape. You should be a self-starter who thrives in a matrixed environment, capable of guiding and mentoring startups, and passionate about the transformative power of AI in Emerging Markets.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and grow NVIDIA’s startup ecosystem by driving the Inception Startup Program across Middle East, Türkiye, and Africa.
• Identify and recruit top startups, ISVs, VCs and accelerators—especially in Deep Tech and AI.
• Lead and participate in ecosystem activities to onboard and activate startups.
• Track ecosystem trends and maintain deep market insights.
• Evangelize NVIDIA’s hardware and software technologies to technical leaders and accelerate adoption.
• Support the development of emerging AI use cases (e.g., Agentic AI, Physical AI).
• Assist startups and ISVs with Go-to-Market to ensure success.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional NVIDIA teams, both technical and non-technical.
  
  

What We Need To See

• 8+ years of proven experience in startups, partner ecosystems, or VC management.
• BS/MS in Engineering, Technology, or Business.
• Ability to engage with ecosystem partners and co-drive startup recruitment, activation and marketing initiatives.
• Passion for ecosystem development and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with startups, partners, and internal/external teams.
• Arabic and English fluency required.
