About this Position Henkel Adhesive Technologies is seeking an Industrial Adhesive Sales Manager to lead and expand our presence across key industrial sectors in the UAE. In this senior role, you will drive strategic growth, develop and execute go-to-market strategies, lead a high-performing sales team, and reinforce Henkel’s position as a trusted partner for industrial adhesive and coating solutions.

- Lead, coach, and develop a sales team, fostering high performance and collaboration.
- Define and implement strategic go-to-market plans for adhesives and coatings across target sectors.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across applications and production processes.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders across engineering, production, and procurement.
- Deliver technical and commercial solutions to address customer challenges and maximize business value.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sector innovations to inform strategy and positioning.
- Collaborate with Technical, R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to execute account and market strategies.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, sales performance, and team development initiatives.
- Lead pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and value-based selling to ensure sustainable margins.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial adhesives, coatings, or related materials, with a proven UAE market track record.
- Strong people leadership experience, with a record of developing high-performing teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to define and execute go-to-market plans.
- Proven ability to deliver complex technical solutions in commercial terms.
- Deep understanding of industrial manufacturing processes, adhesives, and coating technologies.
- Experience in pricing, contract negotiation, and CRM-driven commercial management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus, with strong cross-cultural business acumen.
