Information Security Project Manager

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Information Security Project Managers (ISPM) , reporting directly to Project Manager / Director (or equivalent) to join the team based in Abu Dhabi.

About The Role:

Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:

• You are responsible of coordinating the IT Information Security activities for the project(s) you are assigned to.
• For this purpose, you are fully integrated inside the Project team and represent the T.EN Information Security posture in front of the other Departments or in front of the Client.
• Inside these projects, you handle various activities related to the IT Information Security, for example the risks assessment and their treatment, or the implementation of particular measures, or the follow-up of Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
• If the project requires it, you are responsible to define the OT Information Security strategy and planning of activities. You can supervise a small team of OT Cybersecurity Engineers.

• Projects’ documentation analysis and writing
• Relationship management inside and outside your project(s)
• Implementation of specific Information Security measures
• Information Security risk assessment
• Information Security audits
• Information Security trainings
• Incident management
• Team’s coordination or, for the OT Cybersecurity, team’s supervision
• Proposals’ documentation analysis and writing
• Proposals’ quotation writing

About You:

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in one of the fields of, either Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Operations Technology or finally in Project Management activities related a technical context (like engineering services)
• You have ideally an experience in the Energy sector or another industrial one
• You have ideally an experience in team management
• Diplomas or a certification in Cybersecurity will be given preference
  
  
  

Ideally, you have a the knowledge of Information Security and Cybersecurity standards such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, ISO / IEC 62443.

• You speak English fluently, as this will be the shared language with your colleagues and most Clients
• Ideally, you speak French too
• Project Management skills account for 50% of your future success, since the role is not a technical or specialized one. By Project Management, we imply the capability to prioritize, plan and budget activities for delivering a service, communicate about them, trigger the necessary collaboration, and reach the completion stage on time and within budget
• A strategic point of view on IT or OT Information Security and the capacity to explain it to non-IT practitioners will be an asset
• You are at ease to work with plenty of documents, reading or writing them, may they be IT specifications, procedures or contracts
