We are looking for a proactive and resourceful In-house Recruiter to join our growing People & Culture team. This role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across multiple business units — including crypto exchange, fintech, and RWA tokenization ventures. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, building talent pipelines and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation to onboarding coordination.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and define hiring priorities.
  • Source high-caliber talent through diverse channels — LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and niche communities (crypto, tech, finance).
  • Maintain a strong database and pipeline of potential candidates for upcoming roles.
  • Craft engaging job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials aligned with the company's brand and tone.
  • Organize and lead recruitment campaigns, events, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Manage candidate communications professionally and ensure a seamless interview process.
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer-acceptance, conversion rates) and propose improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Operations, and senior leadership on workforce planning.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English is a MUST
  • Minimum 2–4 years of recruitment experience; head-hunting or agency background preferred.
  • Proven experience hiring for technical or commercial roles (crypto, fintech, or startup experience is a plus).
  • Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and industry networks.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Culturally adaptable and confident working in a fast-paced, international environment.
