The Role
Unleash your creativity and transform spaces into works of art. We're looking for a visionary interior designer who will breathe life into our projects and redefine what it means to feel "at home." Responsibilities: 1. Creative Vision & Execution: • Conceptualize and deliver innovative interior designs for residential, commercial, and branding projects. • Develop mood boards, sketches, and layouts to present unique concepts to clients. 2. 3D Modeling & Visualization: • Create photorealistic 3D renderings to immerse clients in the final look and feel of their spaces. • Collaborate with the Content Creator to bring designs to life through engaging media content. 3. Client Collaboration: • Translate client dreams into detailed design plans while respecting budgets and timelines. • Maintain an iterative design process with clear communication and milestones. 4. Trendsetting: • Stay at the forefront of design trends, materials, and technologies to inspire fresh approaches in each project. • Contribute to thought leadership through blog posts or videos showcasing your expertise. 5. Team Coordination: • Work with contractors, artisans, and suppliers to ensure flawless execution of your vision. • Optimize project workflows and solve creative challenges on-site. Key Skills & Qualities: • Mastery of design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or equivalent. • A keen eye for aesthetics, color palettes, textures, and spatial arrangements. • Exceptional creativity paired with strong problem-solving abilities. • Outstanding presentation and storytelling skills to captivate clients.
Requirements
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or a related field. • 3+ years of proven experience with a strong, creative portfolio (must include 3D designs). • Ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring originality and quality in every detail.
