Job Description
This role is to support the Global Asset Information team in their work with Jebel Ali Engineering, Procurement, IT and Fleet Management teams in their transition to DP Worlds Global Maximo Cloud EAMS (Enterprise Asset Management System) from their own on premise Maximo system.
Key Accountabilities
Support the Asset Information team in the discovery / gap analysis phase of the Jebel Ali transition to global Maximo Cloud
This role is to support the Global Asset Information team in their work with Jebel Ali Engineering, Procurement, IT and Fleet Management teams in their transition to DP Worlds Global Maximo Cloud EAMS (Enterprise Asset Management System) from their own on premise Maximo system.
Key Accountabilities
Support the Asset Information team in the discovery / gap analysis phase of the Jebel Ali transition to global Maximo Cloud
- Work with global and Jebel Ali teams in:
- Mapping master data
- Process Mapping
- Documenting new information requirements
- Documenting functional gaps solutions
- Tracking activities and following up on agreed target dates and time zones
- Embrace Lean thinking
- A focus on outcomes
- Use asset data and information to remove corporate silos and deliver collaborative cross functional decision making in line with Asset Management goals
- Effective interaction and integration with other disciplines and professions into an effective project or enterprise
- Recognising limits to own knowledge and seeking advice to supplement own knowledge and experience.
- Ensure that the highest levels of safety are applied in all activities, demonstrating visible, felt, safety leadership in all interactions with Business Units and colleagues
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and build relationships across functions and teams
- Brief Top Management on progress of transition
- Accountable for leading and engaging teams and stakeholders, providing direction and promoting collaboration
- Always act as an ambassador for DP World when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Recent Graduate with Degree specialization in STEM subjects
- Excellent data analysis skills, knowledge of Power BI an SQL desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills. A knowledge of Lean methodology is desirable
- Excellent computer literacy
- Presentation and facilitation skills
- Great interpersonal skills which afford influence and engagement
- Open mind and positive attitude to bridge divergent needs by playing multiple roles
- Solid change management skills (communication and data-based decision making) and the ability to drive change and win people over
- Excellent knowledge of English language
