Summary

We’re excited to offer an opportunity for individuals looking to begin their career in Front Office, specifically at the Front Desk. This internship will give you hands‑on experience in guest interaction, front desk operations, and the daily rhythm of a busy hotel environment. We are looking for an intern for a 6‑month period, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
• Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in/check-out experience
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs, inquiries, and requests with a helpful attitude
• Resolve any guest issues or concerns with care and a positive approach
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience

Qualifications

• Previous exposure to a front desk or guest service environment is an advantage
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest engagement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including morning and night shifts
• Experience with Opera PMS is an advantage
