Internship Description

 JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Support the HR Operations team to stabilise the existing Oracle systems by reviewing data discrepancies, collating reports, fixing errors with technical team and ensuring quality.
  • Support with day-to-day activities such as document record reminders/ updating.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for events being organised for employees and assist in marketing collaterals.
  • Support with automation of processes using technology, data collection and analysis.
  • Support in SLA model management and implementation of HR helpdesk effectively.
  • Support the team and assist with collating global talent data, develop data visualization reports, dashboards, automation of processes, data reporting and analysis

Skills/Majors Required

  • Software engineering, Data scientist education
  • Proficient in MS applications such as excel, power point, power BI, MS Flow etc.
  • Data scientist Analyst, Software engineer background etc.

Duration Of Internship

3 Months
