About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for an Intern to join The Guest Relations Team in Jumeirah Mina Al Salam. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
• Display a friendly and professional manner in all interactions with
guests
• and colleagues
• Assist guests with general inquiries about the hotel and its facilities, as
well as daily events and functions
• Inspect the rooms of VIP guests prior to their arrival at the hotel
• Ensure that lobby is manned and to cover shifts for lobby duty in
accordance with the daily roster
About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• A student at a hospitality school or a recent graduate.
• Prior internship experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury restaurant, or upscale bar setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English; additional international languages are a plus.
• Available to start in August or September.
