About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Hotel Marketing to join Jumeirah Group & Corporate.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Director to assist in conceptualizing, organizing, and executing marketing campaigns for esteemed partners such as Expedia, Amex, Visa, and others. Contribute innovative ideas and support in translating them into effective campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Pre-Opening Initiatives: Engage in strategic marketing efforts prior to the opening of new Jumeirah hotels. Contribute to crafting pre-opening plans, conducting market research, and executing marketing tactics that ensure successful grand openings and establish strong initial brand presence.
- Digital Content Creation: Take an active role in the audit, creation, and enhancement of digital content across various owned channels. Participate in content ideation, creation, and optimization, ensuring brand consistency, relevance, and engagement across different digital platforms.
- Data-Driven Reporting: Utilize analytical skills to track, analyze, and interpret marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for both corporate and hotel-specific campaigns. Assist in generating insightful reports that provide stakeholders with valuable insights, contributing to data-informed decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with diverse cross-functional teams, including sales, public relations, hotel marketing, and revenue departments. Contribute your unique perspective and skills to interdisciplinary projects, fostering a holistic understanding of marketing operations.
- Administrative Support: Play an integral role in the administrative aspects of the CRM department. Prepare compelling presentations, insightful reports, and accurate meeting minutes, showcasing your attention to detail and organizational skills.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with a focus on Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with the foundational concepts of marketing campaign development and execution
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Fluency in English; additional international languages are a plus
