You will play a pivotal role in strengthening our values and shape our growth culture across Nestlé MENA – all in the pursuit of engaging and motivating our talented Nestlé people who drive a shared strategic vision for our future.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Develop and Execute Internal Communications Strategy:
• Align with business, brand and corporate communication goals (global, zone, and regional), leverage internal platforms (e.g., intranet, Workplace, newsletters, and leader communications) to enhance employee engagement and deliver key messages to inspire action.
• Lead Cross-Functional Communication & Transformation Campaigns:
• Manage and deliver impactful communication projects, including brand and transformation initiatives tailored to diverse audiences across MENA's 19 countries.
• Ensure Consistency and Creativity Across Channels:
• Oversee internal communication channels to maintain a cohesive voice, anticipate external narratives, and ensure timely and relevant messaging.
• Advise on Communication Best Practices:
• Provide strategic guidance to business partners on crafting and delivering initiatives effectively, ensuring alignment of message, reaching the right audiences, and through the best channels.
• Drive Culture-Building and Engagement Initiatives:
• Collaborate with leaders and teams to champion growth culture programs, fostering alignment with Nestle's values and goals.
• Leverage Data-Driven Insights:
• Analyze engagement metrics and feedback to continuously refine communication strategies, ensuring measurable impact and alignment with Nestle's objectives.
  
  

What Will Make You Successful…

• 5 – 7 years’ background in internal communications
• Demonstrated track record working in a matrix-style organization, preferably in a multinational setting or within an agency
• Strong writing skills, with experience crafting clear, concise, and engaging content for various audiences
• Proficient in project management, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver on time
• Written and spoken Arabic is preferred, with familiarity with the MENA region
