Job Description

IFZA differentiates itself through its multi-national approach, providing personalized business establishment solutions through its 1,500 Professional Partners in key markets around the world, as well as a strategic network of Government and Non-Government stakeholders. We are seeking a dynamic International Marketing Manager to join our centralised marketing department. This role is pivotal in managing and executing our global marketing strategies, aimed at increasing our brand's footprint across targeted regions worldwide. The ideal candidate will possess a versatile skill set encompassing digital marketing, account management, and event coordination. As part of our team, you will play a critical role in adapting our marketing efforts to align with market changes, sales trends, and local regulations in various international destinations

  • Monitor market trends and consumer behaviour in targeted regions to inform strategic

decisions.

  • Enhance brand awareness in our chosen markets, ensuring our message resonates with the

local audience.

  • Continuously adjust marketing campaigns to reflect sales trends and consumer preferences in

specific countries.

  • Customize brand messaging to cater to diverse demographics, optimizing engagement and

conversion.

  • Tailor our brand's voice and messaging for each social media platform, maximizing reach and

impact.

  • Analyse extensive data sets to extract actionable insights for refining our marketing strategies.
  • Conduct thorough research on local laws and regulations in target countries to ensure

compliance in all marketing activities.

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and 3rd parties to develop and implement

effective marketing strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Economics, Business, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing Management, with a proven track record in

international markets.

  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in multiple languages highly desirable.
  • Expertise in identifying and targeting the correct audience on social media platforms through

detailed analysis of demographics, interests, and behaviors.

  • Exceptional analytical abilities, with the skill to derive meaningful insights from large datasets.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively under the direction of the

Marketing Director.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international communications, public relations, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies on a global scale.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages, particularly Spanish, is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • In-depth understanding of the global media landscape, communication trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
