Our client is an established investment firm looking to expand its high-calibre infrastructure private equity fund and co-investment investment team in the Middle East, by adding an investment professional to their successful and collaborative team.

This role will focus on investments into infrastructure.
This role sits within the private markets investment team where you will play an important role in the private equity fund and co-investments team. The team invests across private equity funds and co-investments globally, across a wide range of geographies, including Europe, the Americas and Asia.

What the job involves
This role will focus on investments into infrastructure.
This role sits within the private markets investment team where you will play an important role in the private equity fund and co-investments team. The team invests across private equity funds and co-investments globally, across a wide range of geographies, including Europe, the Americas and Asia.
- You will assist the senior team with defining investment strategies
- Assist with LP and co-investments
- Assist the senior team in managing the investment program by providing analysis, monitoring, and evaluation of assigned investment portfolios
- Maintain knowledge of potential investment managers; co-investment opportunities, providing research and analysis for investment selection
- Write recommendations on selection and removal of external investment managers to the CIO
- Assist investment operations analyst with completing all investment and other investment department reporting and monitoring requirements
- Experience of infrastructure private equity investments
- Some experience of private equity fund investing / manager selection and / or co-investments is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
- Good financial modelling skills
- Should enjoy working in a growing team with an entrepreneurial, high-performance culture
