Job Responsibility
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, networks, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly.
- Ensure data protection and backup procedures are in place.
- Manage user accounts and permissions.
- Support employees with IT-related problems.
- Keep abreast of IT trends and developments.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- Proven work experience as an IT Officer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, systems, networks, and security.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft are a plus.
Skills:
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Knowledge of computer systems and IT infrastructure
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Ability to manage IT projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with IT support tools and software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
