Responsibilities
- Provide effective technical support and troubleshooting for software and hardware issues.
- Respond to support queries promptly and document problems and solutions accurately.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop and mobile computing devices and peripherals.
- Plan, implement, and oversee the integration of all IT resources and applications.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate staff on computer and software operations.
- Implement diagnostic processes and procedures to identify root causes of technical issues.
- Monitor network activity to identify issues, ensuring systems performance optimization.
- Assist in timely upgrades and security updates according to company policies.
- Engage in continual learning to stay abreast of emerging technologies and improve service delivery.
- Analyze and provide feedback on recurring technical problems for long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with team members on projects to support the company's IT objectives.
- Document technical knowledge and create comprehensive guides for company use.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an IT support environment, solving complex hardware issues.
- Strong understanding of computer networking concepts and protocols is essential.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve fundamental technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with users.
- Experience with different operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux preferred.
- Proficiency in using remote support tools for troubleshooting and diagnostics tasks.
