岗位职责
1. 参与海外大客户和海外大区的营销业务，根据市场竞争态势对大客户项目和区域项目提供价格策略支持并主动管理；与销售人员配合争取大客户项目和区域项目赢标，参与完成大客户业务和区域业务KPI。
2. 作为公司内部的“中台”和“平台”去与各部门进行跨部门沟通和协作，加强团队合作和提升效果，推进解决大客户业务痛点、推进业务合理化改进。（“中台”链接销售和总部其他部门、“平台”是搭建与海外大区和总部其他部门的沟通平台）
3. 对海外市场竞争环境进行充分的调研分析，定期形成市场调研材料并内部沟通汇报。
4. 其他任务包括部门业务资料的编辑和整理、公司内部流程的搭建和执行，其他业务支持。
岗位需求：
1. 本科及以上学历；
2. 三年以上的营销相关经验；有过新能源行业经验的应聘者优先；海外营销经验优先；
3. 英文流利沟通，可作为工作语言；
4. 跨文化沟通能力和同理心、主人翁意识和自驱力强、一定的抗压能力、做事严谨负责；
