Job Brief:

We are looking for a Junior Accountant with a strong accounting and operations background to join our team in the Trading sector. The role is suited for a hands-on professional who can manage both financial and operational aspects of a product-driven business, ensuring alignment between finance and day-to-day activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full-spectrum accounting, including AP/AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Support monthly and year-end closings with accurate and timely reporting.
• Manage VAT filings, compliance, and reconciliation as per region's regulations.
• Process daily transactions and reporting using Tally ERP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D-365).
• Monitor inventory costing, stock movements, and COGS analysis.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, warehouse, and sales teams for financial alignment.
• Assist in process audits, internal controls, and operational improvements.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and performance reports.
• Support both external and internal audit processes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA/ACCA preferred).
• Minimum 3+ years of accounting experience in Trading or Manufacturing within the region.
• Strong knowledge of inventory, logistics, and supply chain finance.
• Solid experience with VAT and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D-365).
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration ability.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with process improvement skills.
