Junior Accountant

To strengthen our accounting team in Dubai, we are seeking a Junior Accountant who is detail-oriented, motivated, and eager to grow in the field of finance and taxation. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
• Support the senior accountant in day-to-day accounting operations.
• Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense vouchers with accuracy.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist in preparing tax documents, reports, and financial statements.
• Provide support during audits and ensure timely submission of required data.
• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a tax or consultancy firm.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, VAT, and financial regulations in the UAE.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
