About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Junior Brand Manager (JBM) to elevate our brand presence in the Gulf Region. In this role, you will support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing long-term Ice Cream strategies. You will manage projects, ensuring alignment and engagement with local and central functions, generating consensus, and addressing business needs.

Success in this role involves building positive relationships with multi-functional teams, showcasing strong analytical and business planning skills, bringing creativity and innovation, being organized and detail-oriented, and excelling in project and timeline management.

Main Responsibilities:

PRODUCT STRATEGY: You will support the Marketing Manager in developing the Ice Cream portfolio strategy, including brand positioning and marketing mix based on consumer and market insights.

MARKETING PROJECTS: You will assist in creating yearly Marketing plans, coordinate key activities, brief external agencies, and ensure stakeholder alignment.

SALES PLANNING: You will collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Commercial functions to define and monitor the Sales plan. Analyze performance and forecast issues weekly.

MARKET ANALYSIS: You will track market and competition trends/performance drivers, consumer and shopper behavior working closely with CSU and other relevant functions

PROMOTIONS & SPONSORSHIP: You will propose, develop, and rollout consumer activations and sponsorship activities

PACKAGING: You will manage new packaging implementation, dealing with central stakeholders and external agencies.

BUDGET MANAGEMENT: you will coordinate the Marketing budget for Ice Creams, monitoring consistency of the actual spending and the economic performance and if necessary, make the corrective action.

Who we are looking for:

You bring 1-3 years of brand management experience, ideally from the dynamic world of Ice Cream or consumer goods

A bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing is essential, along with a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing. Strong analytical skills are crucial for interpreting market trends.

Fluency in both English and Arabic is a prerequisite, as is the ability to negotiate and foster interpersonal relationships with ease. Your bilingual proficiency will distinguish you, complemented by your unique negotiation and interpersonal skills.
