Role Overview

As a Junior Fleet Sales Specialist – Industrial Tyres, you will play a vital role in selling Continental industrial tyres and solutions throughout all emirates. As part of our team in Dubai, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, managing current client accounts and developing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for meeting sales objectives, educating customers using a value-selling approach, and providing key market intelligence to maximize sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Actively seek and develop new business accounts while representing the company and product portfolio to prospective customers.
  • Establish and further build relationships with existing fleet customers.
  • Utilize a techno-commercial sales approach to clearly demonstrate product value to fleet clients.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals set by management.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the product’s value-selling points.
  • Evaluate customer needs and recommend suitable solutions using a value-selling methodology.
  • Schedule fleet service appointments and coordinate directly with the technical department for seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor the market to gather competitive intelligence that impacts pricing and sales within the assigned territory.

Requirements for the Role

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the tyre industry is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; basic proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid UAE driving license is required.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is required; working knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Good verbal communication abilities for customer and team interaction.
  • Excellent time management; ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining high service standards.
  • Dependable, punctual, and exhibits a strong work ethic.
  • Customer-focused approach to service and satisfaction.
  • Effective team player with adaptability to changing tasks and work environment.
  • Committed to safety best practices at all times.
