Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Junior Utilities Engineer to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide a focal point for coordination all utility engineering issues throughout the design process and for utility authority submittals
- Coordinate with multiple design disciplines to deliver consolidated utility design packages to client and authorities.
- The Utility Engineer is willing to acquire up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, international codes/standards and possess a broad knowledge and experience of utility works in large infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 1 year experience in interdisciplinary coordination and authority submittals
- Extensive experience and knowledge of software's like Autodesk Civil 3D, Navisworks and AutoCAD and practical experience in designing, drafting (Both in 2D and 3D)
- Knowledge and experience in clash detection is required
- Excellent communication skills in English and interpersonal skills notably with various levels of the organization
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams
