Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients, ensuring high levels of engagement, retention, and satisfaction
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, providing ongoing support and performance updates
- Understand clients’ business needs and align solutions to help them achieve their goals
- Analyze account performance, player data, and campaign results to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, support, finance) to deliver seamless service
- Monitor client activity and behavior to proactively address any issues or opportunities
- Negotiate and renew contracts or agreements as needed
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes relevant to your markets
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, forecasts, and strategic reviews
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in client-facing roles, preferably in the iGaming sector
- Strong knowledge of online casino operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and analytics
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
