We're Hiring: L1 Service Desk Agent - Arabic Speaking!

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Service Desk Agent who is fluent in Arabic and English to join our client team in UAE. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and customer service skills to effectively assist clients with their inquiries and issues.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Providing remote access to guide users to fix issues.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and steps taken.
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure user satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
