What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Providing remote access to guide users to fix issues.
- Escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and steps taken.
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure user satisfaction.
- Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
