We're Hiring: L2 System Support Engineer!
We are looking for a skilled L2 System Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and a passion for providing exceptional support to ensure system reliability and performance.
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Mode: Work From Office
Role: L2 System Support Engineer
Salary - 10000 AED to 15000 AED
Experience - 4 to 5 years
What You'll Do
i. HP/Dell/Other Server, Storage and other Compute Hardware Maintenance, Racking, Spares Replacement etc.
ii. Data Center Hardware like Racks, KVMs, UPS etc. Installation, Maintenance etc.
iii. Cable Management, Installation in Data Center
iv. Experience using ITSM and ITOM tools for Data Center related Support Tasks
v. 8x5 on-site and on-call for emergency/P1 incidents after office hours
vi. Relevant Industry Certifications is a Plus
vii. At least TWO Professional References for the relevant experience
viii. Quick Learner and Creative Problem Solver
