Key Responsibilities
- Lead project control functions for offshore projects, including WHTs, subsea cables, piping, and B/Fs.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, cost estimates, and budgets.
- Monitor project performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide reports to stakeholders.
- Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Oversee cost control and financial forecasting, ensuring projects remain within budget.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and offshore teams to ensure alignment on timelines and costs.
- Lead project control meetings and provide timely updates on schedule, cost, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Minimum 15 years of project control experience in offshore oil and gas projects, with a focus on WHTs, subsea cable and piping, and B/Fs.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP).
- Strong experience in scheduling, cost control, and project reporting.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- In-depth understanding of offshore project lifecycle, including engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines.
