Key Responsibilities
- Manage legal&compliance establishment of offices across MENA.
- Oversee company licensing, renewals, and statutory registrations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local laws throughout the MENA region.
- Develop and implement compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and operational risks.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, and agreements.
- Coordinate dispute resolution and manage external counsel.
- Maintain corporate records and legal documentation.
- Conduct compliance and risk management training for employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in legal, compliance, or corporate governance.
- Experience with company incorporation and licensing in MENA.
- Knowledge of compliance, corporate law, and risk management.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
