Role Purpose
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of supply chain management, ensuring the flow of shipments and final products from suppliers to retailers and customers. He/ she is liable to manage orders and coordinate stock of materials and equipment to ensure the company has everything needed.

He/ she is liable to manage orders and coordinate stock of materials and equipment to ensure the company has everything needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating shipments both local and international.
- Prepare and review shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, CoO, etc.).
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with vendors, carriers, and customs agents to resolve any issues.
- Handle other administrative tasks related to daily logistics operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. 1 years of experience in logistics or similar domain. Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication. Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent customer service and client relations skills. Keep organization and time management skills.
