Logistics Coordinator, Port Operations

• Managing & monitoring day to day activities related with Transportation/Operations.
• Ensuring that all trucks are loaded and utilized as per the allocation.
• Ensuring 100% good communication with all parties (emails level and daily updating reports).
• Supervising all containers activities on daily basis by distributing the daily jobs to the team players.
• Sending the daily port activities report to operations manager.
• Sending rates request and quotation to overseas agents and customers
• Conducting weekly sales meeting to evaluate the performance of department.
• Updating daily reports related to operation.
• Supervising all loading supervisors to ensure that the client request.
• Performing any other related duties / projects assigned by the direct supervisor from time to time to meet the business exigencies.
