Logistics Executive

Noorka Logistics is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in coordination, problem-solving, and ensuring smooth end-to-end logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations, including shipment scheduling, tracking, and delivery follow-ups.
• Manage communication with transporters, suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain shipment records, invoices, delivery notes, and related documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and support warehouse coordination for timely dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customs regulations, and local transport laws.
• Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Assist in resolving shipment delays, discrepancies, or customer concerns promptly.
• Support import/export activities, including documentation and clearance coordination.
• Generate periodic logistics reports for management review.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles, preferably in Dubai.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with logistics software, inventory systems, and MS Office.
• Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and work in a time-sensitive environment.
• Knowledge of UAE customs and transport regulations is an added advantage.
