The Project

Large residential masterplan community consisting of villas, townhouses and all associated infrastructure.

Logistics manager collaborates and supports team and scope of services as described in the contract appointment documentation. Liaises with and takes direction from the senior Mace team and client.

You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Coordinates HSW and environmental logistics in line with client and contractor expectations; manages budgets and costs.
  • Drives service innovation, monitors quality, and explores alternative delivery methods.
  • Plans and tracks logistics supplier activities, reviews scope changes, and recommends improvements.
  • Prepares weekly progress summaries, 6-week lookaheads, and workforce timesheets.
  • Raises RFIs, EWNs, and WRSs, liaising with the commercial manager for resolution.
  • Attends programme meetings, managing scope changes and aligning with site teams.
  • Delivers monthly progress and performance reports, flagging issues and outstanding actions.
  • Manages site operations and workforce, ensuring safety, competence, and compliance.
  • Leads daily briefings and delivery scheduling, keeping Tier 1 suppliers informed and aligned.
  • Monitors waste, traffic, and assets, improving productivity and coordinating site cleaning and equipment tracking.

You’ll Need To Have

  • Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
  • CSCS Accreditation - Black (or equivalent).
  • NVQ Level 3 Gold Card (or equivalent).
