Job Brief:

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the execution of offshore Oil & Gas EPC projects. The role involves coordinating engineering, procurement, and construction activities while ensuring timelines, documentation, and project standards are met. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and experience working with oilfield projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities across engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
• Support the Project Manager in scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained accurately and in compliance with client and company standards.
• Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely deliverables.
• Assist in preparing project status reports, cost tracking, and forecasts.
• Monitor project schedules using MS Project/Primavera (P6) and identify potential delays.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among project stakeholders.
• Support HSE and quality compliance across project activities.
• Assist in logistics coordination for offshore/onshore work as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 5–10 years of project coordination experience in EPC/Oil & Gas/Power/Industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project/Primavera (P6), and document control systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning, multitasking, and problem-solving ability.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and disciplined in execution.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
