We are a landscaping company headquartered in Dubai, operating for the last 44 years and are seeking a detail-oriented Plant Maintenance Administrator to support our operations by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to plant care and maintenance. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of maintenance services by generating comprehensive reports and providing actionable insights.

Key responsibilities include gathering maintenance schedules and coordinating feedback from field technicians. You will create detailed reports for our clients including items such as photographs and times sheets and ensure client satisfaction, and inventory management.

Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and the ability to communicate effectively with team members are essential. A passion for plants is a plus.
