Job Summary:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will primarily responsible for the maintenance, upkeep and functionality of various real property installed equipment & systems in Halcon premises by undertaking activities like assessments, scheduling repairs, maintaining inventory, etc., Also, he should support the 24 x 7 team in diagnosing and repairing of facilities systems.

Key Accountabilities:

• Perform routine, preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical / mechanical equipment and systems (real property installed equipment & systems) to ensure optimum functionality.
• Conduct regular inspections of building systems, equipment, and utilities to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with applicable standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair motors, pumps, circuits, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems including filter replacement, cleaning of condenser coils etc.
• Assist, conduct and perform minor repairs when necessary, including those related to plumbing systems as well as minor cosmetic, carpentry and janitorial tasks and repairs.
• Perform manual repairs when necessary, such as fix locks, drawers, replace windows, doors, cabinets etc.
• Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned such as painting, carpentry, landscaping etc.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service logs, checklists and parts usage. Report recurring issues or risks to supervisors.
• Attend and resolve maintenance service requests and emergency breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime and disruption.
• Respond to emergency maintenance and 24 X 7 requests as required.
• Maintain the records of work performance, inventory, equipment and supplies, track inventory and order items as required and as directed by supervisor.
• Support and coordinate with external service providers for specialized maintenance, inspections, or repairs when required.
• Ensure all maintenance work are carried out in accordance with company safety standards and regulations.
• Ensure adherence to all safety standards.
• Enforce & comply with all established policies and procedures.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: Minimum 4+ years of of proven experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• Education: High School / Two Year Technical Education / Certification in any field. Preferred Three Year Diploma in Technical field
• Communication: Good communication skills in English.
