The Role
Position Title: Mall Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: as per UAE Labor Law Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A leading UAE firm driving urban development through investments in real estate, hospitality, leisure & retail and transportation. Job Description: - Oversee daily operations of the mall, ensuring all departments (retail, security, facilities, housekeeping, marketing) run efficiently, meet targets and provide a positive customer experience. - Manage tenant relations, lease negotiations and marketing efforts to maximize occupancy, revenue and footfall while aligning campaigns with business objectives. - Lead, train and motivate mall staff, ensuring high performance, customer service excellence and compliance with health, safety and operational standards. - Monitor financial performance, control costs and ensure adherence to regulations, providing regular reports to senior management on key metrics and operational challenges.

Requirements
- Male, 45 years old and below - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field - Atleast 5 years’ experience in Construction and Real estate industry.
