Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the business owner’s schedule, meetings, and travel plans.
- Attend meetings, document discussions, and track action items to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate communication between the business owner, team leaders, and clients to streamline workflows.
- Oversee task tracking and project progress across companies, providing regular updates.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries to facilitate decision-making.
- Handle high-priority communications, including emails and calls, and prioritize what requires the business owner’s attention.
- Maintain a central repository of key documents, meeting notes, and project updates.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve processes.
- Proven experience in executive support or operations coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms.
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of handling high-pressure environments.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Timely and efficient coordination of tasks and follow-ups.
- Improved communication and workflow alignment across teams.
- Reduction in operational bottlenecks and enhanced task visibility.
