About The Role

The Branded Residential Sales & Marketing Manager will lead sales support, manage appointed residential brokers, oversee homeowner communications, handle real estate inquiries, and drive marketing and events for Kerzner-branded properties and developments. The role requires cross-functional collaboration at property and corporate levels, with regular engagement with external stakeholders.

A background in luxury residential real estate is preferred to support Kerzner International’s growth in Branded Residences and Private Homes

Key Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize relationships with preferred luxury broker partners to maximize sales performance.
  • Manage and convert direct sales leads from internal channels, including the website, digital media, RSOs, and travel partners.
  • Analyze real estate sales performance across all Kerzner-branded properties and developments.
  • Monitor market trends to identify opportunities and risks in branded residential real estate.
  • Develop and execute residential project sales and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Kerzner marketing team, ensuring consistent and effective messaging.
  • Create, manage, and distribute branded residential marketing materials tailored to target audiences.
  • Oversee digital marketing strategy, including website content updates, SEO management, and analytics tracking with appointed agencies.
  • Coordinate social media campaigns with the digital marketing team and engage with followers.
  • Manage homeowner communications, including newsletters, to drive engagement and referral sales.
  • Plan and execute homeowner and community events at both the brand and property levels.
  • Responsible for the One&Only Homeowner Exchange Program.
  • Frequently Track and analyze real estate sales leads to refine marketing strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Ensure alignment with Kerzner’s global sales strategy and maintain brand integrity across all initiatives.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support sales, marketing, and homeowner engagement objectives.
  • Internal Communication – Corporate Head Office functions, Property teams including Directors of Private Homes & Rental, Commercial, Operations
  • External Communication – Kerzner Homeowners, Developer partners, Industry consultants and agencies

Skills & Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
  • 8+ years’ experience in luxury residential real estate, or a related role
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation software programs
  • Must be fluent in verbal and written English
  • Excellent computer literacy required. Microsoft Office proficiency (incl Excel)
  • Some International travel will be necessary approx. 20%.
