Manager - Crisis, Emergency & Incident (UAE National)

We're looking for a UAE national with solid experience in crisis, emergency, and incident management to join our clients team based in Abu Dhabi. This role is all about making sure the organisation is ready to handle unexpected situations and respond effectively when they happen.

• Create and manage plans for handling crises, emergencies, and incidents.
• Lead response efforts during incidents, working with teams inside and outside the organisation.
• Assess incidents to understand their impact and what needs to be done.
• Review what happened after an incident, identify lessons learned, and make improvements.
• Update plans based on new risks or findings from past incidents.
• Train employees on how to respond to emergencies and run practice drills.
• Work with different teams and partners to keep everyone on the same page.
• Make sure everything follows relevant laws and regulations.
  
  

Required:

• A bachelor's degree in Business Continuity Management, Risk Management, or a similar field.
• At least 9 years of experience in a related role.
• Certifications like CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional), CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), or CEM (Certified Emergency Manager).
