Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a holistic digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals, encompassing SEO, SEM (PPC), social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, constantly seeking opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Plan, implement, and measure the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, analyzing key metrics (ROI, KPIs, website traffic, conversion rates) to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new digital opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's website, ensuring it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines and user experience.
  • Lead the creation and delivery of compelling, high-quality content across various digital platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI for all campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, evaluating and recommending new technologies and platforms.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience across a wide range of digital marketing channels, including:
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM/PPC)
  • Social Media Marketing (organic and paid)
  • Email Marketing and Automation
  • Content Marketing strategy and execution
  • Display Advertising
  • Proficiency in web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and other digital marketing software/tools (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, social media management platforms, CRM systems).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategies and present performance reports clearly and concisely.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and identifying new ways to engage target audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
