Aldar Education is currently seeking a Manager - Digital Marketing. The Manager - Digital Marketing is responsible for setting and delivering Aldar Education’s digital marketing strategy across the full quality lead generation and enrolment funnel. The role owns digital performance end-to-end, ensuring high-quality lead generation, strong website performance, and measurable ROI. The role leads digital agency partners, maximises campaign output, and drives effective utilisation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to support engagement, conversion, and enrolment objectives across the portfolio.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline Professional certifications in Google, Meta, Salesforce, or related digital platforms are desirable
Minimum Experience
- 7–10+ years’ experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth roles with strategic ownership
- Proven experience developing, owning, and delivering digital marketing strategies aligned to business and enrolment objectives
- Strong track record of leading and managing digital and performance agencies, with clear accountability for results
- Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end lead generation and conversion strategy, with a focus on lead quality and ROI
- Extensive experience managing and optimising websites, landing pages, and CRO programmes
- Advanced experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud, at scale
- Experience operating in complex, multi-brand or portfolio environments with multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Experience in education, real estate, or similarly high-consideration, high-value, lead-driven industries is strongly preferred Ex-Performance marketing at an agency is strongly preferred

- Strong understanding of full-funnel digital strategy, attribution, and performance measurement
- Advanced working knowledge of website analytics, and dashboard reporting (GA4 or equivalent)
- Advanced understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including journeys, segmentation, and automation
- Ability to develop a strategy and translate it into actionable execution plans
- Strong agency, stakeholder, and project management skills
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on ROI, efficiency, and lead quality Highly organised, analytical, and performance-driven

Main Duties
- Develop and own creative and brand visual identity strategies aligned with brand, marketing, and enrolment objectives
- Act as custodian of brand visual identity, ensuring consistency, quality, and evolution across all schools and platforms
- Lead the delivery of creative programmes from concept through execution across digital, video, motion, print, and on-ground environments
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of Creative Officers supporting school-level and HQ-led initiatives
- Lead the localisation, adaptation, and rollout of HQ-led brand identities, creative frameworks, and campaigns across schools
- Ensure creative strategy and execution are informed by research, insights, and performance data
- Drive creative excellence, governance, and continuous improvement across all assigned activity
Specific Duties
- Develop and evolve brand visual identities, sub-brands, and creative systems grounded in research, insight, and data
- Own and maintain brand guidelines, toolkits, and visual standards, ensuring clarity and consistent adoption
- Lead creative ideation, concept development, and storytelling across campaigns, launches, and key initiatives
- Oversee video development, motion graphics, animation, and multimedia storytelling across platforms
- Lead the development of HTML banners, dynamic creative assets, and digital ad formats in collaboration with digital teams
- Oversee the development and rollout of creative assets including digital content, social assets, print collateral, OOH, event branding, and school environments
- Translate HQ-led creative frameworks and campaigns into effective, high-quality school-level executions
- Provide creative direction, quality control, and performance feedback to Creative Officers
- Brief, manage, and quality-control external creative agencies and production partners as required
- Partner closely with Brand, Digital, and Communications teams to ensure integrated execution and alignment
- Support creative delivery for open days, enrolment campaigns, launches, and key school milestones
- Identify opportunities to elevate creative quality, storytelling, and innovation across schools and platforms
