The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil or infrastructure engineering and be capable of overseeing technical planning, design, and execution while ensuring compliance with engineering standards and best practices.

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager Engineer – Technical to lead and manage engineering projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil or infrastructure engineering and be capable of overseeing technical planning, design, and execution while ensuring compliance with engineering standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical planning, design reviews, and project coordination to ensure smooth execution of engineering projects.
- Approve shop drawings, method statements, and engineering calculations for compliance and accuracy.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and ensure project alignment.
- Ensure all engineering work adheres to codes, standards, and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams to enhance project delivery and problem-solving.
- Monitor project deliverables to maintain quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely completion.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5–9 years of relevant experience in infrastructure design, technical engineering, or related roles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and STAAD for design and analysis purposes.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills to manage client and team interactions effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently under deadlines.
